Our Current work with
IDF Reservists
& Families
The Ariel Center is committed to supporting IDF reservists and their loved ones through sports therapy
and processing.
Many IDF soldiers and reservists struggle with the Superhero Syndrome - believing they don’t need professional support or feeling hesitant to take the first step toward improving their mental health.
Through soft-intervention programs, we help reduce long-term emotional strain and strengthen motivation during ongoing deployment, in an approachable and supportive setting.

“Madas Hosen” Resilience Training
In this new initiative, launched June 2025 in partnership with "Pakal" Reservists Organization, we work directly with IDF reserves commanders and officers, equipping them with sports therapy tools and strategies.
Through this program, participants learn to to integrate our techniques into daily military routines and promote emotional strength for themselves, and for their soldiers and comrades.
Partnership with The Dubi Association
The Dubi Association is an organization dedicated to all-encompassing support for combat soldiers operating D9 Caterpillar machinery in the IDF Armored Corps. These men struggle in extremely unique conditions of danger, loneliness, and lack of comradery in the field.
We're proud to be developing and running ongoing initiatives that provide meaningful mental health resources and resilience training for these men and their wives and families. Through soft intervention and sports therapy, we are supporting The Dubi Association's men as they continue to serve and heal along the way.

Yoga for Reservists & Partners
We believe in Yoga's impact as a strong form of movement-based intervention, a tool in healing. Since launching, we have facilitated yoga practice with various audiences.
In April 2025, The Ariel Center completed A 10-session series offering support, connection, and stress relief to wives of reservists - the women behind the soldiers, whose struggle at home and in their personal lives often goes unnoticed. Through this initiative, The Ariel Center created a strong and resilient community of women not only supporting their husbands at war, but supporting themselves in this time of need.
94% of participants reported a reduction in stress and anxiety symptoms following their participation in the program..
Father-Child Events
The Ariel Center spearheads sport therapy gatherings for reservists and their children.
Through these powerful events, participants bond with their children, make positive memories, and process their experiences together in a supportive setting.
