CRISIS SUPPORT CAMPAIGN
Critical mental health first-aid for Israel’s frontline responders
Israel’s first responders are under immense pressure, and they need our help RIGHT NOW.
As the crisis deepens, The Ariel Center is working around the clock to support those on the front lines of Israel’s home front. The need is immediate. Every day, first responders are facing overwhelming trauma. We’re stepping in with proven resilience workshops to help them regain emotional and mental strength as they continue to serve. These heroes cannot wait.
Israelis are facing profound trauma and uncertainty since the events of October 7 and its aftermath.
The Ariel Center is taking the unique approach to help Israelis heal & rise up through sports.

WHY SPORTS?
50%
decrease in stress and anxiety symptoms when incorporating routine sport activity into one's daily lifestyle.
25%
of people who get regular vigorous exercise are less likely to develop a mental disorder.
500%
minimum increase in
mood-enhancing endorphins following participation in group and individual exercise.
40%
reduction in symptoms of depression in men when practicing a minimum of 162 minutes weekly; 34% decrease in women.
Traditional therapy doesn’t resonate with everyone, and even for those it does, it’s often not enough. Movement through sports is a crucial component of any healing process.
The Ariel Center will be the first of its kind in Israel and will be an epicenter and paradigm on how a nation can heal from trauma.

"Many soldiers and reservists
feel uncomfortable stepping into
a therapy-like setting and simply won't do it. I wish The Ariel Center had existed when I endured and processed military trauma during my service."
